3rd Annual Calisthenics Endurance Competition
The O-Zone 100s Challenge returned for its third edition with more intensity, reach, and energy than ever before. Held at Pearl Point Mall, the 2024 event broke new ground, uniting a growing community of calisthenics athletes and enthusiasts in one of the most anticipated bodyweight endurance competitions in the region.
This year’s challenge welcomed 156 competitors, including participants from across Malaysia and international challengers from the Philippines, making it the most global and competitive edition to date.
4 Days of Power, Grit & Surprise
Spanning over four days, the event kept participants and spectators on their toes with 5 mystery challenges, designed to test endurance, technique, adaptability, and mental toughness. Each challenge remained undisclosed until the moment it began, pushing competitors beyond their physical limits and into the unknown.
In addition, 4 open community classes were conducted alongside the competition — creating an inclusive environment where newcomers could experience calisthenics first-hand, while learning from seasoned coaches and athletes.
A Celebration of Community & Performance
With more than 600 attendees present throughout the event, the atmosphere was electric — driven by cheers, music, and shared passion. The competition wasn’t just about titles; it was about bringing together a diverse movement community, from first-timers to elite athletes, united by the love for bodyweight training.
The event also saw strong digital engagement, with 48 social media posts generating a combined reach of over 166,000 views in just one week, demonstrating the momentum the calisthenics movement is building across platforms.
100s Challenge ’24: Beyond Limits proved once again that when community meets challenge, transformation happens. And as the O-Zone calisthenics culture continues to grow, this event remains a cornerstone of what the movement truly represents: discipline, inclusivity, and unstoppable energy.
