Calisthenics Series

Our Calisthenics Series is designed to help you move with intention, power, and control whether you’re just getting started or refining advanced skills.

You’ll begin with Cali Basic, where you’ll learn the correct technique for pull-ups, dips, push-ups, L-sits, and pistol squats. Once you’re ready to push your endurance, Cal 500 brings the burn with high-rep, high-energy bodyweight circuits that can torch up to 500 calories per session.

Skill-based sessions like Handstand, Power Up (focused on explosive movements and muscle-ups), and Lever (progressions toward Human Flag, Front/Back Lever) complete your path to bodyweight mastery.

Functional Series

Train for strength, flexibility, and performance.

This class series blends functional strength, mobility, and coordination built for real life and competitive fitness.

Explore Acro Yoga (partner-based strength & flow), Flex Mob (mobility & recovery), and Powerpuff Girls (women-only empowerment through movement).

Your one stop training station for all functional fitness quest. (Redline,100s Challenge etc. )

Obstacle
Series

Challenge your limits.
Train like a ninja.

Built for adventure and adrenaline, the Obstacle Series blends obstacle course challenges with functional fitness.


The main experience, Obstacle Circuit, pushes your strength and stamina as you move through dynamic physical stations. Want to feel like a ninja? O-Ninja is your intro to obstacle skills like swings, balance drills, and flow-based movement.


For a full-body burn, Bootcamp fuses HIIT training with obstacle setups to push strength and cardio to new levels.


And for young movers, Ninja Kids offers a fun, skill-building environment where children (7+) develop agility, confidence, and coordination through games and challenges.

We keep class sizes small at 15 pax  to ensure personalized attention, safety, and optimal results.

4. What are the recommended classes for beginners?

Kickstart with Calisthenics Basic Classes - Cali Basic, Cal500 & Cali Leg. All classes in Obstacle & Functional Fitness Series are beginner friendly too!

5. Can I try a class before committing?

Yes! We offer 3 class starter pack so you can experience the O-Zone energy before committing to classes packages & memberships.
