Calisthenics Training

Calisthenics training focuses on utilizing body weight to perform a variety of movements that build strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination. Emphasizing proper form and technique, Calisthenics helps to foster a strong mind-muscle connection and improve performance in everyday sports and activities. Calisthenics strength & skill movement training are usually sought after in O-Zone Fitness.

Popular movements: Push up, pull up, muscle up, handstand, front lever etc. 

 

Hybrid Weights Training

Hybrid weights training includes both weights & bodyweight training getting the best of both world. Weight training enhances muscle strength and mass, leading to a higher metabolic rate and improved body composition. It also boosts bone density and joint flexibility, reducing the risk of osteoporosis and injuries. With the combination of bodyweight training focusing on core strength & full body engagement. 

Suitable for beginners & elderly to build muscular strength & basic motor skills for a strong foundation.

 

Obstacles Training

Obstacle training or obstacle course racing (OCR), is a physical training method that involves navigating through a variety of obstacles in a set course. The goal is to test and improve different aspects of fitness, including strength, endurance, agility, and mental toughness. Training obstacles is a versatile and challenging way to enhance overall fitness while having fun and overcoming physical & mental barrier.

Suitable for kids and young adults to develop motor skills & improved proprioception, and learn how to deal with fear in a young age.

 

Functional Fitness Training

Functional Fitness training focuses on improving cardiovascular fitness and overall strength & endurance. The training often combines aerobic exercises and functional movement to help improve in stamina and gradually increases the capacity of work in set period of duration. Types of movement involves are: Sled Push, Battle Ropes, Row ERG, Ski ERG, etc.

Suitable for overweight individuals who wants to burn lots of calories & competitive adults who are currently competing in functional fitness races such as 100 Seconds Challenge Burn, Redline etc. 

 

Mobility Training

Mobility training focuses on improving your body’s movement capabilities, targeting joints, muscles, and connective tissues to enhance range of motion, flexibility, and overall movement quality. This training is essential vital to reduce the risk of injuries while doing other sports and activities. With better mobility, you will have less likelihood to be in a restricted position during an accident or a fall, reduces the severity of an injury/ fall.

Suitable for less active adults, elderly for better postural habits & calisthenics practitioners to master advanced calisthenics skill movements.
