100 Seconds Challenge Burn 25

Our very first functional fitness competition has been concluded with massive success! Under the 100 seconds challenge brand, we have newly launched a new series called Burn- focusing on functional movements. 5 Stations, 100 Seconds of Row, Bike, Ski, Wall Ball & Shuttle Run. It was indeed a very fun 2 days event at Taylors University with more than 180 participants from all walks of fitness. Do not forget to join 100 seconds Flex in October to complete the series!
